Happy Labor Day! Today’s recipe, Reese’s Cup Chocolate Cookies are a quick and oh so good cookie to make when you need a quick chocolate and peanut butter fix. In this case, I made these to take to a party where I knew a Reese’s loving friend of mine would be.
This is basically the same recipe as the Triple Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies that I shared with you before, all I did was switch up the add ins. The combination couldn’t have been better.
Here’s What’cha Need:
- 1 box of devils food cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 bag of Reese’s Miniature Peanut Butter Cups
Here’s What’cha Do:
- Heat oven to 375′, line cookie sheet with parchment paper or non stick foil
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and roll into 1 inch balls
- Bake for about 10 minutes, let sit on cookie sheet for 2 minutes and then transfer to wire cooling rack
