Here’s another spooky treat to share with you to satisfy that low carb sweet tooth for Halloween, Peanut Butter & Chocolate Cookies. They are low carb (dirty keto), sugar free & gluten free and made and ready to eat warm out of the oven in less than 15 minutes!
Here’s what you need:
* 1 cup Peanut Butter
* 1/2 cup Powdered Swerve
* 1/4 cup Almond Flour
* 1 egg
* 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
* 1/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips

Here’s what you do:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix peanut butter, Swerve, almond flour, egg & baking powder in a bowl until combined. Roll dough into 1 / 1.5 inch balls and place on baking sheet. Take spoon and make a little indent to create a bowl. Bake in oven for 12-14 minutes. Take out put 5-6 chocolate chips in the indent of each cookie. Place back in oven for a few seconds. Take back out and stir each cookie center with a toothpick. Take the toothpick and drag chocolate across the edges to create spider legs if you want. Add candy eyes if you want to make them spooky – or not! Place on cooling rack until cooled.
