I had lots of fun getting the food together for the Woodland Theme Baby Shower. My favorite sweet treat of the day were these Acorn Donut Holes. They were made and done in less than 10 minutes and were gone in less than that!
Here’s what you need:
- 1 box of glazed donut holes
- about 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp of coconut oil
- chocolate sprinkles
- Pretzel sticks (about 10)
Here’s what you do:
- Set out wax paper, Pour sprinkles in small bowl, Break pretzel sticks in half
- Melt chocolate chips in microwave with coconut oil – 15 seconds at a time – stir in between- cook until melted/creamy
- Dip end of donut hole in melted chocolate then dip in sprinkles
- Put pretzel in top of acorn
- Place on wax paper & let set
