If you can’t tell by now, my favorite craft to make are wreaths. So with the changing season, so does my front door decor. Here is what I came up with for spring, a Burlap wreath with ribbon rosettes.
I just love it! The wreath is made out of burlap, satin ribbon and a foam wreath base.
I cut my burlap into strips and wrapped it around the wreath and secured with glue. Then I rolled up a bunch of rosettes made out of this gorgeous satin ribbon I found at the store.
I just love the vibrant rich colors of the ribbon with the subtle shine of the satin.
The contrast between the fine fabric flowers and the natural rustic burlap is beautiful!
I just love it, it is such a bright and cheerful wreath! Have you made a wreath this year for spring/summer? Link up a picture and show me, I would love to see! 🙂
